VectorBoard is a visual workspace for developing a project from the first question to the final result. It brings together a whiteboard, structured documents, spreadsheets, diagrams, interface design and presentations in one place. You can organize the project visually instead of working with each part in a different application.

A board is the file you create and save for a project. It can hold your notes, sources, calculations, designs and decisions. They are not just images pasted onto a whiteboard: a table calculates, a chart reflects its data, a document contains pages and a prototype lets you walk through screens.

Analyze figures next to your notes

## What it is for

| Your goal | What you can create |
|---|---|
| Understand a topic | Reports with sources, comparisons, learning notes and concept maps. |
| Plan and organize | Plans, task tracking, budgets, org charts and meeting notes. |
| Explore and design | Sketches, mind maps, reusable screens and interactive prototypes. |
| Explain and deliver | Documents, annotated PDFs, presentations, exported files and read-only web views. |

## The advantage: keep your work and its context together

Instead of spreading a project across 16 browser tabs and applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Figma or Miro, you can keep the work connected in a single board. Place a source next to the decision it supports, a budget next to the plan it funds and a design next to its explanation. This reduces the need to copy information between tools and to reconstruct why a decision was made.

Work with a mouse, keyboard, pen or gestures. When you need assistance, use Orin, VectorBoard's AI agent, or connect an external AI assistant. Orin has its own agent harness and tools; you choose the task, the context, the model and the permissions. AI assistance complements the workspace, but you do not need it to use VectorBoard.
