Before you change anything, identify the target and the type of change. Moving a text box changes its position; editing the text changes its content. Resizing an image changes its size; zooming in only changes how you see it.

1. Choose **Select** (V) and click an object. Check the outline and the handles before you act.
2. To select several objects, drag a selection from an empty space or use **Lasso select** (Q). Check that it does not include unrelated elements.
3. Drag the selected object to move it. Use its size handles to resize it and its rotation handles to change the angle.
4. Turn on editing for the text or the cell before you type. Leave the editor before you use single-letter shortcuts.
5. Use the selection actions to copy, duplicate, group, lock or delete. Lock background content that must not move.
6. Press the **Undo** arrow to revert the last edit and **Redo** to repeat it. Check the history label, especially after multiple changes or an agent's changes.

> **Expected result:** Only the intended selection changes. On a collaborative board, Undo reverts your changes, not another person's work.

> **Important:** Deleting a section or a Document can delete its content. Review the container first. Undo on the board does not revert external emails, repository changes, remote operations or files you have already downloaded.
