Your account keeps your plan, AI credits and synced settings. Sign in once per device with Apple, Google or email; after that you can use local boards offline. Connecting an external service requires an authorization separate from VectorBoard access.

1. Open account/settings to review your identity and plan. Use **About** to check the version when you ask for help.
2. Open connected accounts and add Google, GitHub or Jira when needed. Complete the provider's authorization in the browser.

*Connect Google, GitHub and Jira*

3. Add a compatible link to keep context and excerpts next to your work. Check the original when you validate it.
4. Review sync, publishing and agent access separately. Grant only what is needed.
5. Review the anonymous statistics: they require consent, exclude content, names and file paths, and let you see what is sent.
6. Disconnect a provider or revoke agent access when it is no longer needed.

> **Expected result:** You know which identity, plan and providers are connected and what each connection allows.

> **Important:** Files stay local unless you sync or share them, but an AI request or a service action can send the approved context. Do not paste passwords or tokens into notes. Use the secure authorization flow.
