A Document is an editable board element with pages of a defined size. Use it when you need written structure or printable pages, without separating the content from the project's notes, data and diagrams. It is not an imported PDF or another board.

*Replace seven browser tabs with one board*

4. Add structure blocks: heading, table of contents, callout box, step card, decision, status, questions and answers, terms or code.

*Write with a clear structure*

5. Adjust the document's light/dark theme when it applies. Move the whole document, or drag elements in or out.

*Give each document its own look*

6. Export it as a PDF and check that each page of the document produces a page in the file.

> **Expected result:** The written deliverable and the content that supports it stay together. A chart inside the document keeps its link to the table.

> **Example:** Create a two-page decision report: the first page holds the question and the evidence. The second holds the chosen option, a linked budget chart and the next actions.

> **Important:** Moving the document moves its content. Changing the outer border does not replace choosing the page size. Check the PDF before you hand it over.
