Goal: choose the workshop's priority improvements as a group. Requirements: Pro/Team collaboration, invited participants and a facilitator. Result: a written decision and an action table, with the original ideas preserved.

1. Create a section `What would make the workshop easier for beginners?` and ask everyone to write one idea per note.
2. Invite people and check their edit permissions. Explain the process before you start.
3. Open Silent brainstorm and start a five-minute timer. Each person writes separately. Do not ask an agent to reveal hidden notes.

*Give an activity a time limit*

4. When time is up, reveal the notes. Clarify the ambiguous ones and group them into named themes.
5. Open Dot voting in the chosen section and explain the round's configured rules.

*Prioritize ideas as a group*

6. Review the result and write the decision. Voting informs it; it does not automatically turn every voted note into a commitment.
7. Create a **Data table** `Improvement actions` with Action, Owner, Due date, Status and Source.
8. Confirm owners and dates with the group and link each source idea. Leave unconfirmed items empty and comment on the open questions.

> **Expected result:** Every commitment has an explicit status and a link to the conversation that originated it. The group can tell proposals, decisions and assigned tasks apart.
