Goal: turn selected notes into a reviewed task table. Requirements: an Orin connection and a practice board. The example needs no web research, publishing or changes to external files, so you can easily check the scope.

> **Example:** Create these notes: "Operations will confirm the venue." "The facilitator will prepare the exercise." "We need someone to send the invitations." Select only those three notes.

`Turn only these three notes into a task table. Columns: Task, Owner,` `Due date, Status, Source. Keep Operations and Facilitation as roles, without inventing` `people. Leave the owner of the invitations and all dates unassigned. Use Not` `started as the initial status. Link each task to its source note. Plan first. Do not` `browse, publish or edit external files. Propose the result next to the` `originals for me to accept.`

1. Choose **Ask Orin**. Review the context and the connection. Select **Plan first** and send.
2. Review the plan: it should identify three tasks and the requested columns without widening the scope.
3. Choose **Implement it** when it is correct. If an approval involves an external file or publishing, reject it and repeat the limit.

*Ask in your own words*

4. Follow the thread and the tray. Read the requests for attention instead of starting the same task again and again.
5. Review the proposed table: three rows, role names preserved, no invented dates and one source link per task.
6. Click **Put on board**. Check its placement next to the notes and the Orin authorship. Test a link.

*Approve or reject in the same place*

7. During practice, undo the accepted result and check that the original notes remain.

*Choose what to bring in*

> **Expected result:** The request has a reviewed plan, controlled execution, a verifiable result and a tested recovery.
