Goal: organize a community workshop from the first questions to an action plan. Use manual tools; you do not need AI or paid collaboration. Input: the practice content below. Result: a saved board with structure and links between ideas and plan.

| Section | Practice notes |
|---|---|
| Questions | Who is it for? / What should they learn? / What place is suitable? |
| Decisions | Audience: beginners. / Format: two-hour workshop. / Maximum: 20 people. |
| Actions | Confirm the venue. / Prepare materials. / Send invitations. |

1. Create a blank board called `Community workshop`. Add pages `Plan`, `Research` and `Budget`.
2. On Plan, use **Text** (T) to write: `Help 20 beginners complete their first` `hands-on project`.
3. Create the sections Questions, Decisions and Actions with **Section** (F). Add each practice item as a **Sticky note** (S).

*Organize a plan in columns*

4. Switch to **Hand** (H) to pan. Fit content to see the three sections. Check that you are navigating, not moving notes.
5. In Decisions, use **Shape** (R) to create the diagram `Define topic` → `Prepare` → `Run workshop`. Join the shapes with **Connector** (A), move one and check that it keeps its arrows.
6. Open **Insert** and add a **Data table** called `Tasks`. Create Task, Owner, Due date and Status. Add the three actions; leave unknown owners and dates empty.

*Track the work*

7. In each action, insert a link/locator to its original note. Open one to check the destination.
8. Save a bookmark for Decisions, check that it saved, go back to **Home** and open the board again.

> **Expected result:** Three pages, three sections, editable notes, a connected diagram, a three-action table and a working bookmark/link. Someone can understand the plan without an explanation in another application.

> **Important:** Check: moving Decisions moves its contents; Hand only moves the view. If the table does not support formulas or types, you inserted a Plain table instead of a Data table.
